If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any item purchased on online within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. and get your product refunded.

Returned products must be requested in advance in the My Orders tab in your account.
Your request will be validated within 48 hours at the latest.

Make sure the items are in their original condition. The product must be returned in perfect condition, must not have been worn or washed, in its entirety, accessories, protections, labels still attached, etc. and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the duly completed RETURN SLIP.
Failing this, we will not be able to accept the returned goods or issue a refund.

Upon receipt of your product, and after verification and validation by our Quality Department, we will refund it.


How to initiate a return request?

Log in to Customer Area on

Click on the My Orders tab to request a return authorization and instructions

Select the order number, then the product(s) to return

After having obtained your return authorization by e-mail, you must imperatively print the Return Slip and attach it to your package.

Complete the Return Form attached to your package or reprint it: Return Form

Then follow the instructions below:

Prepare the package: pack your products using the original packaging or any other secure means

Slip your return form inside including the reference of the return authorization and the copy of the invoice

Drop off the package at a DHL relay point or at the post office if you have chosen the Colissimo option

The return costs as well as the responsibility for the product that you send back to us are your responsibility until we receive it. Therefore, we recommend that you use a method of sending with tracking and insurance and to request and keep proof of sending, in case of problem.

You can then go to your account to check the status of your return.


Returns are generally validated within 3 business days of receipt of the item.
Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request a refund and send you a confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout.
Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

The refund will be made to the original payment method within ten days of the return of your order.

The processing time for refunds varies depending on the payment method used.

Credit card: our bank will process the refund within 7 working days of sending the confirmation email. Then, the time it takes to re-credit your credit card will depend on your card company.

PayPal: the refund will be visible on your PayPal account within 24 hours from the date of sending the confirmation email.
