DELIVERY
Sophie Sitbon delivers to all countries from Paris. To ensure your peace of mind, all shipping services used offer a tracking number. One to two days (excluding weekends and public holidays) will be required for the processing of your order, and its preparation. As an exception, to the deadlines indicated above, pre-order operations may be subject to longer delivery times as duly indicated in the purchase process.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with all the delivery details as well as the tracking number associated with your package.
DELIVERY METHODS
For deliveries in France, we offer two levels of service depending on your needs:
Standard by Colissimo with signature, or Express with Chronopost.
For the European Union and the rest of the world, all orders will be shipped by DHL or UPS Express, the delivery costs are calculated automatically as soon as you finish your order and appear in the total to be paid. The amount depends on the products in your order, the delivery area and the service chosen. Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box.

CUSTOM FEES – CUSTOM TAXES
For all products shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be required upon receipt of the order. sophiesitbon.com will not be responsible for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility both in terms of declaration and payment to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with the local customs authorities in your country.
In the event that the customer refuses to pay these customs duties required on delivery, resulting in the cancellation of the order and a return to sophiesitbon.com, the transport costs and the customs costs inherent in this return will be deducted from the total amount of the order, and only the difference would be refunded.
The customer is responsible for the payment of customs taxes and the amount is calculated according to the law applicable in the country where goods are sent. We don't know the amount of customs taxes that will be communicated to you by the carrier after the goods have reached their destination.
In the event that the taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, the shipment expenses and the customs taxes will be deducted from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.
