PREORDER

We produce only small series of each style. We offer a pre-order feature for some items that are no longer available. You may also place a pre-order on some styles which are not yet available.
The estimated delivery window for each particular item will be located on the product page, underneath of product description.

If the items are ready earlier, customers will be immediately contacted by sophiesitbon.com

On occasion, we need to cancel certain styles due to production reasons. If your order/item(s) have been cancelled, you will be notified immediately and refunded for the full deposit amount to the original method of payment used to place the Pre-order.

You can pre-order coveted styles and sizes by placing a 50% deposit at the time of placing an order.
You will receive an order confirmation email and this pre-order will appear on your customer account.

When the products are ready to ship, customers will receive an email requesting the remaining balance. This remaining balance will include shipping fees.

The remaining balance can be paid on our website by logging in to your customer account. Once the remaining balances are paid, the products will be directly shipped to the given address. And you will receive a delivery confirmation including courier tracking information.

Special Order Requests

Sophie Sitbon may occasionally accommodate special order requests. Please contact us to ask if we can accept your special request and order and on which conditions.
If a special order request is approved, the piece will be not eligible for cancellation or return.
