If you would like to make purchases on the SOPHIE SITBON Online Store, you must first create an account in order to benefit from sections and services reserved exclusively for our customers.

You will find a list by category of products and a list by themes grouping the different products offered in each one theme of the collection.

For each article, you will find a product page with a detailed description and the sizes and

colors available, and several images that you can enlarge to better see the details of the garment.

 

CHOOSE ITS SIZE
On each product page, you will find advice on the wearability and the size that the model wears.

The guide of the sizes will allow you to carry out the conversation to the size of your country.
The measurements in centimeters, indicate the basic measurements for the French size FFLAG,

knowing that there will always be at least 2 cm more comfort in the garment.

 

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
As soon as your payment is authorized, a confirmation email containing all the details
and the number of the order will be sent to you. Shortly after, It will appear on your My Account section.

FOLLOWING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation by email, including all the delivery details and the order tracking number.
You can access information about your orders and at any time
and check the progress status of your order in the space My Account / Track your order.

You can place your orders and access all items using the version

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER
